EUROPEAN LEGAL GUARANTEE NOTICE

Statutory Guarantee of Conformity The products sold on this website are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), for a period of two (2) years from delivery. The seller is liable for original lack of conformity, i.e. defects existing at the time of delivery and which become apparent within the aforementioned period. Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that a defect which becomes apparent within one (1) year of delivery already existed at that time, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect. Any defects arising subsequently (for example, those due to use, lack of or improper maintenance, or use of the goods in a manner inconsistent with their nature) are excluded. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled, at their discretion, to have the product repaired or replaced, free of charge, within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately onerous for the seller compared to the other. If this is not possible, or if the defect persists, the consumer is entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, unless the defect is minor.
